What Is a Content Marketing Audit?
Just like auditing the books of a business or conducting inventory at a store, our takes an ‘inventory’ of the content your business has created. It includes a review of your basic marketing program, your customer base, analytics (if available), and the current inventory of published and unpublished online writing such as blog posts, web pages, white papers, reports, and more.
We also offer general marketing audits for online brands to evaluable your overall online presence and reputation.
Each audit takes approximately 1-5 hours and includes:
- An introductory phone call with Jeanne (1 hour) that includes a review of your business goals, customer base, products, services, and current marketing program.
- After the phone call, Jeanne reviews and examines all of the marketing materials you share with her and takes an inventory and audit of your current marketing program and content marketing.
- Jeanne prepares a detailed “report card” and gap analysis of your current marketing, with suggestions and next steps to help you achieve the goals you’ve outlined with her in the introductory phone call
- A one-hour follow-up call to review the findings and discuss the next steps.
